3. Preparation

Cracks are filled, loose surfaces are stabilised, and grease or contamination is cleaned back. Exterior walls are washed and treated before any primer is applied. We do not begin painting on any surface that is not properly prepared.

4. Paint application

Interior walls are painted ceiling first, then walls, then woodwork in room sequence. Exterior walls receive the consolidating primer and then two coats of breathable masonry paint. Each coat is applied at the correct spread rate for the surface type.

5. Final walkthrough
